If anyone spots a misplaced request from an unknown party, then he must notify the referral by phone or by email. To illustrate some examples of dodgy conducts, Corporate Fiction created a poster with four amusing cartoons : “personal gain”, “middle man”, “sponsorship”, “gifts”. When in doubt, do what’s right !
